Background
The High-Court is a kinship consisting of the nobles, politics and those working for the regime in Bree-land and surrounding regions. It was set up by the Lord Justice Philipe Honeytree, under assignment of Mayor Graeme Thenderlarch to bring order to Bree-town and their allies, due to the growing threat. The High-Court brought and still brings drastical changes to the Town, according to the Lord Justice this is highly needed,
“Bree-land is a vulgar region crawling with vermin in the shape of brigands, outlaws and worse than that. Our changes are highly needed for the town in order to regain a top status. I shall drive forth the darkness and return the glory it deserves. But therefore we need the help of our own townsmen, starting with raising the taxes and our new job procedure.”
