The Notes of a Political Genius; the contradiction of reality

A note, on a topic that has appeared a great deal in my writings:

In order for the realisation of actuality, and its superiority to conceptuality, a person must be conscious of the requirement for maintaining conceptuality. However, in order for a conceptuality to be maintained, all consciousness and understanding of actuality must be erased. Therefore, it is only by becoming conscious of something, that we are able to do something else - and it is only after doing something else, that we are able to become conscious of something.
One such example that I can give to further explain this, would be rebellion, revolt, and an uprising of the public. In order for such a thing to take place, the public must be entirely conscious that their actions are for, what they deem to be, the 'greater good' - however, such consciousness will only come into thought after the action is completed. Therefore, it is contradictory; thus, impossible, for a revolt, or similar, to occur.
However, such is not the entirety of the world - and the above is but a tool, as any. By maintaining conceptuality, one can prevent the very understanding of actuality from occurring; by realising actuality, one can cause the rise of a concept. Thus, a ruler whom is wise will use their realisation, to prevent such for someone else.
