As the ceremony concludes Hir Khalis looks up to see an eagle circling above them its gaze steady upon those gathered below.
Khalis smiles to himself and would want to believe that perhaps it is a spirit of Manwë in the guise of an eagle come to guide Themodir on his journey westward.
