Dear journal
There is nothing good I can write to start this all. I'm sorry.
I have not eaten for two days, I can't eat. Everything that I try to eat comes back up and I am so scared.
Lowan came home with a heavy heart but it was not because of my health even if I doubt that has helped his mood but rather because he decided to make a deal with that woman.
He met her in the tavern not long ago, Nex as she calls herself. He told her of the whole situation with me and she was willing to borrow him some money if he took her deal of investment in his smithy.
He promised me that now we can see the healers in the upper levels. I am happy but at the same time I can't help but feel guilty. The smithy has been in his family for so long, his father would never have agreed to something like this. Lowan says that his father is likely to return from the dead to yell at him but he said it would be worth it, if it means I will be healthy again.
I can't help but cry both from joy that I may still be able to get the help I need but also because now one forth of Lowan's earnings will go to that woman and I know he is not happy.
I should not be unthankful. She was very generous in doing this and spared Lowan the humiliation of charity. Once I am healthy enough I will have to make her something to show my thanks.
Lowan will take me to the healer in the upper levels later. Hopefully we can finally get some medicine that will help, to understand what this is. At least no one around me has turned ill.
