Orc are walking the lands and Angmarim have taken control of Annuminas. The once peaceful hills of Dol Dinen have been turned into a vicious warcamp of orcs for too long!

Greetings to the citizens of Bree! A new association has been erected under the consent of Mayor Graeme Tenderlarch to bring literacy as well as education to those that inhabit this town. Literacy as well as improved speech is offered without cost for any man or woman that desires to better the capabilities of their mind. Numerous other skills are offered to be taught including yet not limited to cooking, stitching or sewing, horseback riding, counting or basic history of Bree-Land or Gondor, a land far to the East. As the mistress of this endeavor I wish to spread the knowledge of distant lands, just as much as the ones we now live in. Because Gondor is where I was raised, I of course have more knowledge of it's historical events. Should any citizen wish to offer their knowledge or skills to help teach those that wish to learn they should contact Gardella by post or reach her at her home in the Homesteads, 4 Chestnut street, Starkglen.
If any citizens are interested in learning skills or of subjects not listed, please contact Gardella with a wish for whatever it is you are passionate about. There is no reason that education has to stop at a certain level, all realistic subjects and skills may be taught to those interested and passionate about understanding them. If I myself am incapable of teaching said subject I will look for someone whom can, either a volunteer or if need be an associate that I will pay for their services.
Lastly, care services for children, steeds or any sort of pet are offered for a certain amount of coin to be decided when the subject is discussed. It is understood that sometimes it can be too much, I will make sure that your loved ones are taken after whilst you enjoy yourself or attend to urgent business. Please contact Gardella for any more information, through male or meeting at her home or the Town Mess Hall where most of the teaching will be enacted.

Hear ye Hear ye! By order of decree of the eglain council the ruined city of ost guruth will be opening its gates to traders, travelers and who wishers to settle within the ruined city, And upon agreement with the stalwart lord gemling you shall abide by the rules within the city walls.
Please do seek gemling upon arriving the ruined city or send any able body of your house to discuss agreements with his lordship. You're bound to defend the city walls and will answer the call of the council and his lordship upon deciding to settle or live within the walls of ost guruth.

The stalwart lord will be accepting refugees from any regions who wish to stay and live in his ruined city. He is also open for those who wants to be subjects under his rule & willing to give oath to his lordship.
