Hello again fellow RPers of Laurelin!
If you know about my new project ("A Beggar's Journal" - The Laurelin RP Series) you would understand that the problem with one person providing multiple voices for many different characters would eventually arise. I plan to make the series as detailed and atmospheric as posible, and therefore I have come to the conclusion that I can't very well produce voices for all kinds of people. When editing the second episode of the series I realised that I can't provide voices for women, elves, dwarves and many others. I am therefore looking for voice actors to help me out. If you think you would be able to record lines on audio files and send them to me, please contact me - either here on the archives or in game!

Greetings fellow RPers of Laurelin!
I have made a first attempt on what I intend to be a series of youtube-videos that tries to capture some of the great RP on this server. The viewpoint character will be a poor Bree-lander called Elmek, who struggles to survive in the harsh environment of Bree.
I would be very happy if any of you would take the time to take a look at the first entry in Elmek's journal here and tell me what you think. I would also be glad about any ctitique concerning the concept of the series.

In several locations about Bree are nailed scraps of velum and parchment, each with a fine an florid scrawl of handwriting displaying the same message. Each paper scrap is nailed in several places to whatever it has been attached to, usually somewhere virtually unavoidable.
Missing Individuals: Vigdis Aneisdottir (possibly under assumed identity), dark of hair, fair of skin, tall and hardy, age 30. Vidar Stigandirsson, dark of hair, fair of skin, likely very large and hardy, age of 10.

Tomorrow, the 17th July, we shall finally begin our return to Riddermark. I hope as many of our countrymen as possible will be able to join up for this grand journey. We shall assemble at the fountain outside the Prancing Pony at 8pm (current UK time).
This will be the last chance for anyone of Rohirric origin to join up with the group leaving for Rohan, next journey will not be until many months to come.
If you are one of those who are wishing to return to Rohan. Send a courier my way with haste so that I can make sure you are included in the journey.

Notice
There is a madman on the loose in Bree-land, who is linked to several killings, and attempted killings throughout the city - including multiple city guards.
Be on the lookout for a man called Eculas, who is known to use blowdarts that carry a crippling poison, as well as several small daggers.
It is not encouraged to persue him unless you are of very high skill, and accompannied by someone else of equal skill. There is now a bounty of 1 gold, 900 silver for his head.
As for the common folk, if a hooded man tells you his name is Eculas, and he will, leave immediately and inform the local watch.
It is heavily encouraged that you do not travel alone at night, and stay in groups of four or more.
*last seen in a deep blue outfit, shaved face, prone to change. Look for pale skin, and narrow, evil eyes.
