(The Following is posted EVERYWHERE in Bree.) People of Bree, for too long have the law abiding and the good been oppressed by the wicked and organized. Too many who would otherwise be forces for justice are forced to stand aside and not be organized, because they do not know where there would be allies.  I say no more.

It has come to a point where an honest man can no longer walk the street without his life being threatened. In the past few months, there have been assassination attempts, robberies, muggings, and worse in Bree. It is time to put an end to it. 

Perhaps we cannot organize in such a fashion as the wicked have. After all, many who would serve the forces of justice are away, fighting the servants of the enemy abroad. But there is much we can do within Bree to fight the enemy here. 

I propose we strike back against the brigands and murderers who pollute Bree. They are as much the servants of the Enemy as the orcs and trolls. Worse, because they operate within these very walls! Let us put an end to it. Let us put an end to them. Have you witnessed or suffered a crime? Do not rely on a pathetic and inept city government. Bring word to me, and I will arrange for the perpetrators to be properly dealt with.

I will not hide my name. I have fought enemies far and wide, far beyond these walls. No servant of the enemy scares me.
