Outward Appearance

Mawdliyah is a young woman, bearing the dark skin of a southron who hails from the wide deserts of Harad. Her hair and eyes are dark and she is tall grown.
She would wear dark or crimson held clothes whenever she is usually to be met. Though should she be met while dancing, so would her appearance be a whole other:
Her hair would be stacked up in beautiful braids, silver jewelry adorning it. A heavy scent of incenses and coriander about her. Mawdliyah would wear a breath of nothingness. A veil would be set about her jaw-line and over the bridge of her nose while hundreds of pieces of jewelry would ring up as soon as she moved.

Background

»Not just a dancer, little child. It is yet the outright discipline you need to acquire, ere you may call yourself a Sharisad; A Spell-Dancer. It will be your highest proficiency to appeal to your audience, to enchant them, to point them to every joyfulness of your dance.«

- Sulibêth, Mawdliyah's teacher and foster mother

Mawdliyah was born as only child to the rich merchant Feisal, who, because of his wealth was called 'The Magnificent'. Already in young years, she danced before the guests and friends of her father.
Until one fateful day that she had become of age and should be married to a man, old as rock. Mawdliyah feared to be forbidden to ever dance again and she fled the house of her father, together with the slave Omar, whom she had fallen in love with.

Pursued by a sinister man said to be a sorcerer, who would not give rest until he had returned Mawdliyah to the house of her father and punished Omar for the iniquity, the two lovers were driven in the middle of the war between Mordor's forces and the last free tribes of Haradwaith.
Omar and Mawdliyah were being separated and while the dancer could escape into the north, for the former slave everything seemed lost - until he met a veiled warrioress of unknown origin who taught him to fight a battle for every hope left.

Now in the North of Middle-Earth, Mawdliyah's footsteps seem to have given her dwelling away to a dark warrior, who is determined to write the last chapter about Mawdliyah and Omar with the sword ...
