Lucindeya, while taller than a full grown adan, is on the shorter side of the spectrum by elvish standards, standing at a fair 6'1". It has been said she has a bewitching smile and even with the foul darkness that threatens to envelope these lands, she has been a beacon of hope when all seems most bleak. Her eyes are crisp green, the color of spring grass kissed by morning dew and are a brilliant contrast to her fair complexion. Her golden tresses fall to near the middle of her lean back and glitters softly like the precious molten metal when the sun hits it just right and around her head she wears a golden circlet with emeralds embedded within it's delicate inlay. She prefers to wear soft leathers that have been tanned and stained by a skilled hand and tailored to fit her lean and supple figure. Typically she wears a white ensemble, yet it has recently been stained black with orc blood. When not wearing gloves, one would notice a brilliantly crafted ring on her index finger. The ring a golden band, engraved with intricate lettering, a blessing, and two willow branches are entwined in the center. On her back is a quiver of elvish design and a bow slung over her shoulder that has been designed by her own hand and has intricate runes and designs carved into it's curve. She also carries a pair of blades at her sides when melee combat becomes necessary.

Background

'Emmalien has always been there for me...She always strives to calm my rage. So why can't I hear her voice anymore? Ah.. because the power of her words has lost it's sway...It hasn't been the same since I've come into Lord Celephinnor's service. Nothing will ever be the same..' ~ Lucindeya the Huntress

While Lucindeya's history is fraught with sorrow, she was made stronger by it.  After the death of their father, Lucindeya and her sister had drifted apart. However, each knew that should they require aide, they could always call upon the other for assistance. Those who know her and have earned her trust and loyalty call her Luci, sadly, that number is quite small. While Luci is made stronger by her history, she is congruently flawed because of it and is haunted by memories while awake and made worse and more vivid when she slips into reverie.

Lucindeya is a cursed being, one that she has carried for longer than she dares recall back upon and it was all brought about by an adan who's name is Oredhan. He followed Luci like her second shadow, and while at first she did not pay him any mind, she began to warm and appreciate his affections. He'd swore to her that he would always fight to be beside her, and she believed. One day, before Oredhan's disappearance, Lucindeya was approached by an old woman, her weathered face and gnarled hands made her seem impossibly old for an adan, that woman's name, was Sara Oakheart. This elderly woman peered into Lucindeya's future and warned her that the man who held her heart would abandon her. Luci refused to believe what she was saying. Oakheart had a proposition for the golden haired huntress, should the events come to pass Lucindeya would become broken and never able to lift her bow again, yet if he stayed, she would never miss her mark, and become the most renowned marksman in all of Arda. Lucindeya readily accepted, trusting in Oredhan completely, though she did not care much for recognition of her skill, the ability to always hit her mark was sure to prove valuable.

Oredhan disappeared without a trace just weeks later and Lucindeya was devastated. When Emmalien had heard of what happened, she abandoned her studies to tend to her sister. It is only because of her sister's aid and skill that she is able to shoot to this day. Though Emmalien did all she could to restore her younger sister's abilities, she was unable to eradicate Oakheart's curse completely. Emmalien warned Luci that if she should ever miss her mark, the curse will flood her body and bring indescribable pain.

Lucindeya still prefers the forests as opposed to establishments but she ventures within from time to time to obtain information about the battles being waged and where she might be of use. She was sent by the Golden Host to keep a close watch upon Lord  Celephinnor as he journeyed through the lands as an ambassador to Imladris and beyond. She had renounced her duties to the Golden Host and it's army to swear fealty to him. Her sense of duty and purpose restored, she eagerly followed wherever he would go. He has given her the Epesse: Tathariel ''Willow garlanded maiden", and he is the only one who has ever been allowed to call her this, as the name is dearest to her, moreso than even her bow. When not wearing gloves, one would notice a brilliantly crafted ring on her index finger. The ring a golden band, engraved with intricate lettering, a blessing, and two willow branches are entwined in the center.

The pair were wed beneath the golden boughs of Lothlorien at sunset, rings exchanged along with eternal vows, their night was filled with joy and merriment as they danced until the sun rose. While it wasn't until several months later that he was able to finally claim her as his wife, it was made all the sweeter and more intense by the delay. One year after he laid his claim upon his wife, she gave birth to not just his son.... but his daughter as well.
