Linidriel is very quiet and shy, however she will open up to those she knows very well. She likes to avoid notice if possible, and especially avoids anyone who looks like trouble, as she can hardly handle the knife she carries for defense. She is very intelligent, as she spent most of her childhood reading whatever she could get ger hands in. (she had learned to read and write in Gondor)

Backstory-

Linidriel is the daughter of a well-to-do Gondorian trader. Her mother died when she was very young, and she cannot remember. Therefore, her father was forced to take her along on any deliveries he might make, and she saw most of Gondor and some of Rohan through her trips while she was young. However on one trip through east Rohan, when Linidriel was about twelve, she and her father were attacked by a small goblin skirmish intended to intercept a weapons shipment that their scouts had heard of. Her father was killed defending her. Eventually the town guard beat back the goblin raid. With no way to return to Gondor, she was raised as an orphan in Corstead. She befriended Handarthol and was eventually married to him.
