Lothar from the Adúnaic name Chlodochar that means "famous legion", from the elements "Hlud" fame and "Hari" legion, it's a famous warrior born in the city of Umbar in the Lately Second Age. His father was Sir Arthur Dayne also knowned as the Man with no Frontiers, an important warrior who served the Kings of Arnor and Gondor most time of his life. But at the time his older son Gendry Dayne the High-Minded was born, he created what would be the most important and rich merchants company of all Middle-Earth, The Honourable West Company of Commerce which has provide all type of need as armour, weapons, food, materials.. His mother was Lady Jayline of Gondolin, Princess of the House of the Gold Rose, directly relative to the legendary Glorfindel Lord of the House of the Gold Rose. His brother is Gendry Dayne, the High-Minded which we don't have any kind of information except that, despite he was the heritor of The Honourable West Company of Commerce, he rejected and there's no idea where he is or what he's doing.

In his first years Lothar was educated in the arts of war and knowledge as every noble, but in this case he was talented in both. He knows how to use any type of weapon specially swords, spears, and bows. He can speak Sindarin, Quenya, Adúnaic, Taliska and Oestron.

After his education he decided to travel along Arda, he went to the most deep harad lands, he climed the northern mountains, he visited the elves on Mithlond and he battled against the eastern man on the Rhûn plains. He fought in many wars getting more and more population till the point his name was known in every single place in Middle-Earth. Also in his travels there's not just honor and glory, he also wanted to discover every region in Arda and he found some very spacial places, his favourite, The Shire, where he was taught how to grow any type of seed becoming an expert farmer. This is how his love to the green landscapes, the smell of the honey, the blue water of the rivers, and the simplistic, comfortable and friendly race of the hobbits, increased year pas year till the point he bought himself a residence near Bywater.

Nowdays Lothar still's the Head Master of the Honourable West Company of Commerce, he keeps moving along Middle-Earth satisfying his curiosity and defending those who need it.
