Background
Tulko grew up in Esteldin, fostered by Dagoras when his mother died in Bree land during an orc raid. His father was lost in the battle long before he can remember. When he came of age he returned to Bree to work with friends of his family as a prospector and metalsmith.
Tulko dreamt of becoming a ranger for long years and conducted his business in order to raise money for expeditions and adventures. After an extended tour of duty in Dol-Dinien, Tulko has been inducted into the secret society of the Dunedain Rangers. Dagoras has asked him to continue to live and work in Bree land maintaining the outward appearance of his mining and metalsmith business while secretly patroling the lonely and desolate places, hunting criminals and servants of the enemy.
He hopes to continue to fight for the people of middle earth and help reclaim even an echo of the former greatness of Numenor. To that end he has joined a society of allies dedicated to the preservation of Numenorean knowledge and tradition, The Wardens of Westernesse.
