Reidun is clearly of Dale, due to her accent. She appears to be in her early twenties.

Voice: deeper end of feminine, but still obviously a woman's voice
Her hair: similar to corn-silk in both color and feel.
Eyes: cornflower blue
Skin: ruddy sort of tan, nice, though not flawless, with pimples sometimes. A birth mark near her lip. Her lips are full and a deep red.
She is around 5'3" and has a plump, though not fat, build.
She wears comfortable clothing, though often she is often put into a dress for business's sake, or to appease her loved ones' requests.

She is friendly, which likely comes from her experience as a merchant. She is easy to speak to and loves to make jokes constantly...especially when it's a terrible time.
