| Outward Appearance | Fuindis is 6'2" and is almost exceedingly long-limbed but not devoid of muscle by any means. Her dark-grey hair almost has a sort of blueish sheen to it under sunlight. Her eyes are almost black, but not quite; rather a very very dark grey/brown. She is pale mostly because she enjoys twilight and shadows more than she does the sun. Nighttime is her favorite time of the day. She often feels too exposed in exceedingly bright places. If one looks closely enough, many scars can be seen peeking out from the edges of her clothing... She is not unkind, rather she is uncommonly kind to others in her heart but often fails at expressing that kindness in ways that are fully understood by most people. She does not generally join conversation unless spoken to and struggles to find ways to convey thoughts and feelings with words for various reasons. She is also 100% gullible and generally will do most things she is told to do unless it is not within in reason or is morally bankrupt. She is not the brightest person but she certainly does try. |

Background
Born in Nan Elmoth to parents who followed Eöl out of Doriath. She was known as a quiet and contemplative sort of person, never really giving voice to her thoughts. She followed behind Eöl when he followed Aredhel to Gondolin and stayed in the city after his death to serve under his son, Maeglin until the Fall of Gondolin where she was forced to choose between her loyalty and what she felt was right. In the end she chose the latter, abandoning Maeglin to his fate and assisting with the evacuation efforts... while mourning for the likely death of a friend from the House of the Fountain she had fallen in love with but never told them so.
So began her disillusionment with many things including life itself. She spent much of the Second Age wandering aimlessly, learning how to continue on when she felt there was little to continue on for. When the Last Alliance began to form, she discovered that her love was not, in fact, dead but had been badly wounded and separated for a long period of time until she recovered and found her way back. But the tables would surely turn as Fuindis took a grave wound during the Seige of Barad-dûr and fell into darkness.
She was saved by her love and many things passed between them during her recovery. In the end it was decided that her love would continue and do what it is she meant to do while still on this side of the Sea with the promise that Fuindis would continue to recover and catch up with her later...
