| Outward Appearance | With dark hair and clear grey eyes, many might see Inanneth as a beauty, however she would disagree. Her humility, though rare for a Firstborn, is sincere and she is far more comfortable doing for others than for herself. A natural healer and talented musician, you can frequently find her under the stars in the Lady Galadriel’s garden relaxing with her lute after a day at the ovens cooking for her kin and friends. |

Background
Though born in Imladris to parents of Sindar descent, Inanneth struggles with what exactly it means to be Eldar. Disapproving family often shunned the young elf whose awkward manners and clumsy ways were seen as an embarrassment and being left alone for long periods did nothing to refine her manners. Those that meet her might find her frankness uncomfortable. Because she is aware of the effect she can have on those around her, she frequently feels acutely shy in polite society though if her passions are roused, she can be very vocal, especially in defence of those in need. In her youth she often avoided lessons in lore and history which only served to make her feel more inferior and isolated from those graceful beauties around her, instead taking solace in her music, a talent at which she excelled. Her days were spent instead in her room overlooking Lord Elrond’s stables, quietly strumming her lute and watching travellers from distant lands as they came and went. Frequently, and much to the disapproval of her family, she would contrive to speak with foreigners and as such gained a decidedly un-elflike tolerance to other races and cultures. On coming to maturity, she shouldered her lute and bade a silently goodbye to the place she never really felt was home and left without regret. Having now lived as long amongst men as elves, Ina’s temperament falls somewhere between the two. Many elves see her as rash and impetuous, while those of the Secondborn still frequently find her formal and stubborn. None of any race could doubt her generosity and she is fiercely loyal to her friends. Despite a disastrous marriage to a husband who abandoned her, her heart is yet light and she laughs often, choosing to live each moment as it passes in these uncertain times
