The Moon - A Hobbit Poem

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Just look up at the moon
Way up in the sky
Are there hobbits up there
Who feast on moon pie?

Could it really be true
It's made of green cheese?
And all those moon hobbits
Can eat all they please?

Its landscape is shining
It glows very bright
Are its meadows silver?
Are the rivers white?

And are there gardens
With flowers up there?
And do the moon lasses
Wear them in their hair?

In elenath hílasser erui or aelin a thaur,
The stars shone in solitude over lakes and forests,

Early spring, 7th April, many meetings

I think I mentioned once that I'm not very good with instruments. Once I was determined to learn to play even something properly, so I thought I'd go practice in the middle of the night near a waterfall so nobody would be disturbed by any noise I might be making Turned out the walls in the back of the Last Homely House are rather thin, so that was the last time I was ever allowed to touch a Moor Cowbell.
